Refund policy

All complaints must be made to splitimagesupplyco@gmail.com within 5 workings days of receipt of any items.

All sales are final. No product may be returned or refunded for any reason other than an item arriving damaged. If item is damaged or faulty, please take images in it's original packaging and contact us within 7 working days of receipt of the item.

Refunds and exchanges for any in-person purchases from us at a trade event or show will only be considered if you request an e-receipt or text receipt during purchase.

Any banners/decals/sunstrips purchased from our store shall not be refunded through incorrect application. We strongly recommend all our products are fitted/ installed by professionals. No such items shall be refunded unless received in original packaging with no sign of use.
